Bookings

Bookings are essential for all treatments.
Upon your first visit we recommend you arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to relax, settle down and complete a consent form before your treatment begins. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced accordingly. Please be aware that you will be charged for the full service regardless of arrival time.  We will call or SMS a confirmation on the day before your appointment.

Payments

Payments to be made on day of treatment.

Cash, eftpos, Visa, Mastercard accepted.

Cancellations

At Juanita’s Beauty Secret we understand that from time to time an appointment may need to be changed or cancelled. Please notify Juanita’s Beauty Secret of any changes at least 24 hours prior to your original appointment time. A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation notification falling within the 24hrs

Consent Forms


Treatments may be contraindicated for some people. You will be required to fill out a consent form prior to your treatment; this ensures your safety and also the best result! For your safety please disclose any medical information, conditions, allergies, and prescriptions you are taking currently, or have in the past.

Privacy


All of your client information is held strictly in complete privacy. Juanita’s Beauty Secret will occasionally send out SMS spot promotions, birthday specials, written mail, or email notices to clients of the salon. Clients are able to deregister from the mailing list at any time.
